Monthly Subscriptions

• 14-day refund window: Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
• Cancel anytime: Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• No partial refunds: After 14 days, you won't be charged again after cancellation, but previous payments are non-refundable.
• Immediate access removal: Upon refund, your account access will be reverted to the free tier.

Lifetime Deal Purchases

• 14-day refund window: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days: Lifetime deals are non-refundable, as they represent a significant discount for long-term commitment.
• Feature parity: Lifetime deal holders receive all features included at the time of purchase plus future updates.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

1. Email us at support@useshiftai.com with your account email
2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
3. Briefly tell us why ShiftAI didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve)
4. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 14-day window
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
